Claims Overhaul
Territory claims, settlements, economy and siege.
Overview
Claims, settlements, an economy, diplomacy and sieges, all built on the LOTR Mod's own banner protection. Place a banner and the land is yours, along with the settlement, the coins it makes, and everyone who wants to take it from you.

What it does
- Banner-based claims: placing a LOTR banner creates a ClaimRegion, with extended-range mithril banners under per-player caps
- Subfaction capture: every claim tracks its banner type, so dolAmroth stays distinguishable from GONDOR
- Whitelists, permissions, /claim edit and /claim link, plus fellowship sharing
- Settlements built from linked claims, with prosperity, citizens, a central tax hub, renaming and a safe cooldown after a raid
- Lordship economy: production blocks that yield LOTR coins per cycle, upgraded through tiers with coins, faction materials and style resources
- Faction build styles, Mannish, Orcish, Dwarven, Elven and Tribal, so a warlord's hall is not a town hall
- Hooks that Conquest Overhaul and KOME Compat both build on
Install
- Drop BannerClaimsMod.jar into mods/ alongside the LOTR Mod.
- Install LotrGuiLib, which ships as a separate dependency.
- Build with JDK 17; the jar task runs verifySrg and verifyBundle for you.
