Moria Goblins

In development · v1.5 · MC 1.7.10

The goblins of Moria as a playable faction.

Khazad-dûm is theirs now. Moria gets a proper faction in the LOTR Mod: alignment ranks, units to hire, trades, quests, achievements, invasions and speech. It also adds the gear the goblins forge for themselves, and the forge they make it in.

Conquest Overhaul

In development · v5 · MC 1.7.10

Territory that changes hands through war.

Conquest Overhaul is the definitive faction warfare and dynamic territory conquest system for Minecraft 1.7.10, built specifically for The Lord of the Rings Mod (v36.15). Middle-earth factions actively wage war across the map, capturing strategic waypoints and seizing control of entire territories. Conquered lands dynamically shift spawns to the conqueror's army, frontlines push back and forth on a real-time world map, and players participate in faction sieges, alliances, elections, and invasions. Unlike building resource packs (such as Conquest Reforged) or terrain mods for other games, Conquest Overhaul is the premier gameplay warfare mod for Minecraft LOTR Mod servers and single-player worlds.

Claims Overhaul

In development · v5 · MC 1.7.10

Faction claim anchors, settlements, lordship and sieges.

Claims Overhaul is a comprehensive settlement, territory claiming, and siege warfare overhaul built on The Lord of the Rings Mod for Minecraft 1.7.10. Faction claim anchors are the foundation of territory claiming: raising your faction's banner on a craftable anchor secures an 85×85×85 region and allows Lordship blocks to function, creating named settlements with municipal treasuries, citizen prosperity, and timed coin generation. Settlements can expand by linking claims, recruit guards, upgrade through three architectural tiers, and withstand calculated siege warfare from rival factions.

LOTR LimitlessIDs

Released · · MC 1.7.10

16.7M block and item IDs without breaking the pack.

LOTR LimitlessIDs is the essential engine expansion coremod for Minecraft 1.7.10 and The Lord of the Rings Mod (v36.15). By upgrading internal ID tables from 12-bit / 16-bit to 24-bit, it expands the block and item ID ceiling to 16,777,216. Built specifically to eliminate ID exhaustion crashes in large modpacks while preserving the LOTR Mod's intricate biome variant metadata and world save integrity, it is a foundational engine mod for any modern 1.7.10 setup.

LOTRGUILib

Released · v1.0 · MC 1.7.10

GUI and widget library for LOTR submods.

LOTRGUILib (also commonly known and searched as LOTR GUI Lib, lotrgui lib, or LOTR GUI Library) is the standardized graphical user interface and widget framework for Minecraft 1.7.10 submods created for Mevans' The Lord of the Rings Mod (LOTR Mod v36.15). It provides shared UI components, render helpers, dynamic layout systems, interactive map overlay APIs, and faction banner icons. It is a required engine dependency for Conquest Overhaul, Claims Overhaul, and companion Middle-earth submods.

Legendary Items

Released · v1.3 · MC 1.7.10

Legendary weapons, artifacts and armour.

Weapons, armour and artifacts from Tolkien's stories for the LOTR Mod, from Narsil and Orcrist to the Silmarils. This is the Pacman's Edition: Hummel009's mod with the Pacman changes on top, which I keep working.

Rings of Power

Released · v1.2 · MC 1.7.10

The twenty rings, worn in Baubles slots.

The Rings of Power, worn in Baubles slots. 1.2 is out on CurseForge, and newer versions are in the works. The next one fixes the ring slots, so only rings fit in them and sorting mods leave them alone.

KOME Compat

In development · v1.0 · MC 1.7.10

Mûmakil combat and submod support for Kings of Middle-earth.

Reworks combat and riding in the Kings of Middle-earth addon and makes it play nice with other submods. Mûmakil fight properly when you ride them, the dwarf and goblin factions get battle rams, and it works with Claims Overhaul and Conquest Overhaul.

Lord of Entities

In development · · MC 1.7.10

Mûmakil, Fellbeasts, Ents and siege engines.

Creatures and war machines from Middle-earth for the LOTR Mod on 1.7.10. puredoom made it, with Dwarven Realms by Hummel009 folded in, and I maintain it now, with permission.

MPM+ Skinfix

Released · v1.0.0 · MC 1.7.10

Steve64 and Alex skins that actually load.

A client-side patch for MorePlayerModels+. It loads Steve64 and Alex skins from minecraft.net instead of only from Crafatar, and falls back to Mineatar when that fails.

LOTR Tweaks

In development · · MC 1.7.10

Far LOD rendering and performance overhaul by MANNEEE10 and Kronspire.

Extends view distance past the horizon up to 1024 chunks (16 km) with smooth hardware VBO rendering, threaded chunk streaming, and performance fixes. Originally created by MANNEEE10, now being expanded to implement the Far LOD engine.

LOTR Combat

In development · · MC 1.7.10

Weapon proficiency, 3D directional shields, quivers, and tactical NPC combat AI by MANNEEE10 and Kronspire.

Tactical combat overhaul featuring weapon proficiency progression, per-weapon familiarity, 3D directional shields with timed parrying, Baubles quivers, and tiered NPC combat AI (tiers 1–7) with formations and battlefield morale. Originally created by MANNEEE10, now maintained and expanded by Kronspire.

LOTR Races

In development · · MC 1.7.10

Races, faction paths, 6-stage progression, and unit hire caps by MANNEEE10 and Kronspire.

RPG race and faction progression system featuring six playable races, 49 specialization paths, six progression stages, active R-key abilities, and V3 unit hire caps with in-game ledger tracking. Originally created by MANNEEE10, now maintained and expanded by Kronspire.
