Released · Minecraft 1.7.10 · LOTR Mod v36.15
LOTR LimitlessIDs
16.7M block and item IDs without breaking the pack.
Overview
Raises Minecraft's block, item and other ID limits for the LOTR Mod and big 1.7.10 packs. It also sorts out mods fighting over the same ID and keeps existing worlds from getting their blocks and items mixed up.

What it does
- 16,777,216 block IDs with auxiliary 24-bit bitplane chunk storage and automatic pre-save memory compaction
- 16,777,216 item IDs with extended 32-bit damage and NBT serialization
- 65,536 biomes with automatic DFU tolerance for legacy Biomes16 and Biomes16v2 worlds
- 32,768 enchantments, 65,536 potions, 65,536 entity IDs and 254 DataWatcher IDs
- A dedicated 4,096-slot side table for LOTR biome variants, preserving custom sub-biomes and the Utumno dimension
- Registry arbiter that hands out contested IDs from a saved ledger without overwriting vanilla or LOTR slot anchors
- Drift protection: allocations live in lotrlids-world-ids.properties per save, so block and item identities never scramble across restarts or mod updates
- Shader and FastCraft stability, with Angelica and lwjgl3ify compatibility
- In-game diagnostics: /lotrlids info, palette, doctor, benchmark and export
Install
- Drop the jar into mods/ with the LOTR Mod and Forge 10.13.4.1614 or later.
- Run /lotrlids doctor after the first launch to audit hooks and catch conflicting ID extenders.
- CubicChunks is not supported end to end, block change packets carry a 32-bit Y while chunk payload codecs still assume 16-section columns.
